Within the Netherlands
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package.
International Shipping
International orders are delivered through the local postal service in the destination country. Shipping times may differ depending on the country and destination.
Returns
We hope you love your order. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days after receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with all original tags attached.
- Please make sure your order number is clearly included in the return package.
- Returns without an order number cannot be processed.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your return to be fully processed.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense.
Please note that items that do not meet our return conditions may be refused.
